In 1975 Donald Vogel in Dallas, Texas began training me as an appraiser while I was attending SMU graduate school. In 1974 a BFA in Painting and Drawing was earned at Arizona State University, with the equivalent of a minor in Art History. I have directed four (4) art galleries, worked as a paid art critic, created a marketing campaign for Sotheby's in New York, shown my work as a photographer, brokered art, attended extensive workshops on art conservation and taught classes in appraising art to graduate students as well as to other professional art appraisers.
