Remarks
The 47
Ranch is a highly improved working cattle ranch in a very desirable
part of Arizona. Access to this ranch from Davis Road is excellent and
it is an easy drive to Tucson. The strategic locations of the deeded
land parcels create controlled access into the montainous canyons of
the ranch. Rarely is a ranch of this quality found on the market with
this scale of improvements.
