The horse barn is extremely functional in design, is constructed of stuccoed block and wood, and measures fifty feet by fifty feet. It has a fifteen-foot wide breezeway with sliding doors, and the northern portion of the barn includes a fifteen by twenty-four foot office that has its own full bath served by its own septic system, and a fifteen by twenty-four foot shop. The southern side of the barn houses a tack room and three horse stalls. (50’X50’)

Hay Barn
The hay barn is a fifteen-foot tall, three sided metal structure measuring twenty-four feet wide and thirty-six feet long, designed for baled hay storage. (24’X 36’X 15’)

Arena
The arena measures one hundred twenty-five feet by two hundred forty feet.
