The Collins C6 Ranch With Sonoita Headquarters consists of the Collins C6 Ranch (as shown elsewhere on this webpage) together with the following improvements situated on approximately 40 acres of land located south of Sonoita, Arizona on the Papago Springs Road. NOTE: The Sonoita Headquarters is not available separately.

Main House
The main house was constructed in 1994. It is built of stuccoed block, and is 2,520 square feet in size. It has an open kitchen, dining and living room with a vaulted wood ceiling. It also includes an office, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fifty-eight foot back porch with spectacular mountain views, and a covered front porch and entry. The kitchen area and one bathroom are floored with Saltillo tile. The rest of the home is carpeted. Evaporative cooling is used in the summertime, as needed, and heating is accomplished by a forced air, propane-fired system in the wintertime. A wood-burning stove also supplies heat to the open kitchen-dining-living area. Water is heated using propane.

Also included at the main house is a two-car carport with an attached four hundred, forty square foot guest room that has its own electric heating and cooling unit, a ¾ bath, and its own storage room. This part of the main house also has its own, separate septic system.

Total Area:  The Main House and guest room have a combined total area of 2,960 Sq. Ft.

Horse Barn
The horse barn is extremely functional in design, is constructed of stuccoed block and wood, and measures fifty feet by fifty feet. It has a fifteen-foot wide breezeway with sliding doors, and the northern portion of the barn includes a fifteen by twenty-four foot office that has its own full bath served by its own septic system, and a fifteen by twenty-four foot shop. The southern side of the barn houses a tack room and three horse stalls. (50’X50’)

Hay Barn
The hay barn is a fifteen-foot tall, three sided metal structure measuring twenty-four feet wide and thirty-six feet long, designed for baled hay storage. (24’X 36’X 15’)

Arena
The arena measures one hundred twenty-five feet by two hundred forty feet.
