Location and Access
The 30.8± acres are located in Golden Valley, Arizona. Access from Highway 68 is by Estrella Rd. north four miles to
McElmo Dr., thence west ½ mile to Elgin Rd. and then south 500’ to the property. Golden Valley is about equidistant from
Kingman 15 miles east on Interstate 40 and Laughlin / Bullhead City on the Colorado River 20 miles west. Las Vegas is
100 miles northwest and Phoenix is 200 miles southeast.

subdivision or a larger property for a horse ranch or rural residence. Amenities of a larger city are within minutes in
Kingman and Laughlin/Bullhead City. Recreational opportunities are also endless with the Colorado River and numerous
wilderness areas, wildlife refuges and recreation areas in the area. The Hoover Dam Bypass is expected to be completed
in 2010, reducing commute times in the area to Las Vegas drastically on Highway 93.
