Description
The Turkey Track Farm is one of the nicest farms that Southwestern New
Mexico has to offer.
Historically the farm has produced between 10 to 12 tons of alfalfa
hay per acre per year. At present time the owner is growing about
15 acres of alfalfa with the remaining irrigated land in Fescue grass.
The Gila River borders the farm to the north, which provides endless
fishing, hiking, horseback riding and wildlife viewing opportunities.
The towns of Silver City N.M. and Safford A.Z. are both a little over
an hour's drive for all your urban needs.
There are several home sites for a person to build or move in a manufactured
home.

$250,000
