Barry Weissenborn has extensive experience in rural appraisals including the valuation of vacant land, agricultural, recreational, residential, transitional and special use properties in Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Experience centers on federal and state land acquisitions, sales and exchanges but includes agricultural lending. Complex valuation experience includes the appraisal of conservation easements as well as mineral material and mine support properties. Mr. Weissenborn is an associate member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and has state general certification in Arizona and New Mexico.
