Comments
This property has a ton of potential being located on a paved main arterial roadway in an area of produce stands.  The site is across the road from the Pecan Lane Rural Historic Landscape designated by the National Park Service in 2000.  One thing’s for sure, even in this economy, they are not making any more irrigated land in great locations like this.
