As a fourth generation southeastern Arizona rancher, Walter is intimately familiar with Cochise, Graham and Pima County ranches.  He has been actively selling ranch properties since 1989 in this area.  Walter also manages several ranches and understands the ins and outs of the livestock business.  He has been associated with Headquarters West, Ltd. since 1989 and became the Designated Broker for the company in 2017.
